- I was told that if I didn't have homeowners insurance then I would need to purchase insurance from them at $14.00 monthly. I explained that I do have insurance, they said great and waived the $14.00.but while on the phone with them they never once asked me to bring a copy with me on moving day. So I show up on moving day and wasent allowed to move my stuff until they recieved a copy. I explained then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? I couldn't move my stuff in until the next day and not once did they apologize or appear empathetic in any way. Instead the store manager went on to lecture me and bragged about how she carries her policy on her phone at all times. Good grief! Who carries their homeowners insurance in their phone? The only reason I'm using them at this point is because I had a packed Uhaul with nowhere else to go. Zero stars for these folks. So rude, loud, and just all around obnoxious.

- Location was hard to find due to there is a car wash in front of the location where Trojan is located. Difference in cost of lower units vs 2nd story units would have been helpful to know as well. The advertisements online state that there are trucks available for use but do not mention the cost involved which I believe should be disclosed ahead of time. Experience with staff was enjoyable.
