- I have only been to the unit twice and both times it was hotter than 80. The first time it was around 90. My car read 84 and it was hotter on the 3rd floor, about 90. I have since put a thermometer in my unit. It was 82, which was the same as the outside temperature. This is supposed to be a climate controlled unit kept at 80 degrees or less. Also, the first night I was there someone had urinated in the elevator. I also saw a homeless person with dirty tattered clothes trying to sneak out. He must've stuck in somehow. When I was there Thursday, the door to go out did not work. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get another unit, but unless some serious changes are made, I will be removing my items once I move into my new apartment.

The guy at the front desk was friendly and prompt, and my rental came with a cylinder lock, opposed to other places where i would have to purchase the lock separately. Very convenient and considerate for customer! On top of that, the place is clean and easily accessible! I highly recommend this storage facility!
