- It's just ok. The staff is nice, the units, elevator, and hallways are dirty and beat up. The rates are pretty good but read the agreement as the rate jumped from $70 month 2 to $150 months 3-5 and then $195 in month 6. In general Storage is easy to get into but usually hard to get out of. People store stuff and wind up paying a lot more for the storage then the items are worth... in my opinion it's better to sell and buy new when you need it then to store indefinitely.
