- The customer service is excellent. The facility is clean and convenient. The later hours is a huge bonus! However the narrow shape of the units, and doors make the space square footage less than ideal. Prices are below the going rates. The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars and would not recommend this facility is because it's fully automated with keyless entry. Not only do I have zero trust that this type of system can't be hacked... if you're relying on the app, you have to have your phone with you, charged and location tracking on. I don't feel comfortable with that set up. So I bought the key fob option. But the second time I tried to access my unit, the fob didn't work to open my unit. It worked to open the gate, hallway doors, restroom... But not my unit. Fortunately the office was open or I would've needed to call the hotline and hope remotely they could help me. The staff had taken the extra steps to test my phone app and key fob when I initially rented. Then they were quick to resolve the key fob issue and get me in my unit. However if I was having trouble with extra walking, limited on time, or paying by the hour for moving help (all which I was) this was an extra hassle for me. Over all I like everything about this facility, outside of the shape of the unit. But the keyless entry makes me very concerned and is less than ideal.

- Listing storage prices without insurance is on the cusp of false advertising and then specifying a 5x5 locker without letting you know that it is a 5x5x4 only half the size that you would expect was totally misleading! And having to do an online check in without having the ability to see for yourself until you have no other options. . . I felt a bit swindled

- I was discouraged at first because I went into the office and they could not give me the online price. Once they are shown the online price, it really should be accepted in store. That being said, once I signed up online I went into the store and all my indormation plus the advertised price was all set and the process was smooth and quick. - My move-in went relatively smoothly. Would definitely recommend making sure you have their app downloaded, get familiar with it so you can navigate which access points you are using, and make sure your phone is charged so you don’t get locked out. One negative thing I experienced was being charged 3 times for the admin fee. Not sure if it was a mistake or what happened. I work a lot so calling to fix it during their business hours has been a hassle for me. Pay attention to the charges before you walk out. Aside from that, everything else is pretty smooth and I’m happy with this place.
