- There is a main office on the "basement" floor near Park Dr. and Arnold Dr. They have two garages to deposit any items (must be rear parked and opening requires keypad code). They also have a "first floor entrance" too that is behind Safeway. Access hours are good at 6 am- 10 pm. You will need to present proof of insurance otherwise they will tack on additional charges. They will correct if you show them within the first week. Move outs have to be announced 3-4 days prior.

- Reservation was somehow lost in a matter of 24 hours. Was lucky enough to have open units and was able to make a new reservation. Lady that helped us was so helpful, was just really annoyed how they lost the reservation. Then got email next day asking if I was still moving in to my unit when I had already moved in. Just very unorganized, but at the same time thankful for whoever the woman was that helped us because she reacted quickly and efficiently.

Very convenient. The facility is huge and immaculate. Since it is a 3-story building, I didn't think to ask for a unit, knowing that heat rises naturally, even in a temperature-controlled environment. Since I only store priceless family pictures for the summer, I requested that they be changed to the next available lower floor unit. I have to say that I appreciate the communication and concern of the property managers in keeping me on the list for an available lower-floor unit. They showed concern and care, and I understand that.
