Since it is a 3-story building, I didn't think to ask for a unit, knowing that heat rises naturally, even in a temperature-controlled environment. Since I only store priceless family pictures for the summer, I requested that they be changed to the next available lower floor unit. I have to say that I appreciate the communication and concern of the property managers in keeping me on the list for an available lower-floor unit. They showed concern and care, and I understand that.

They will correct if you show them within the first week. Move outs have to be announced 3-4 days prior.
