- Love the place and appreciated the first month discount. But, after renting a 10'X12' unit for $177 a month, I got an email advertising the same unit for $154 and the 50% first month discount was standard. I am troubled by this and hope I can get the reduced rate applied to my account. Otherwise this will be a one month stay. Other than that, love the place.

- I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.

- The hours arent great, but the people are nice. Make dure your 10x10 is actually the right size. They have a number of units that have pipes on the outside walls that have been drywalled over, reducing the size to 10 x 9. This wasn’t stated on Sparefoot. At the Facility tgey call the 10x10 economy, instead of 10x9. I think it is misleading. But tgey gave me a 10x10 when I insisted amd the people are nice and friendly.
