- Our RV was stolen from this facility. It is gated and has key code access. They have “security” cameras but they only save the footage for 90 days! So that is NO help. They do space checks weekly and saw that my RV had not been in the space for MONTHS but didn’t bother to call me and check? What’s the point of the space check? I’ve been paying for an empty space for months. I filed a police report. We’ll see how Extra Space handles this going forward. Obviously they are not as secure as they claim to be.

- Joshua, the manager, was on site when we moved in. He was very nice and informative. The entire location was very clean and the unit we rented was perfect. I will feel very safe when going to my unit as they have security cameras everywhere, and they have nice carts to help in the moving of your items. Also, it is climate-controlled, which is what I needed, as I am storing some furniture I am happy I found this place so close to my home in La Quinta.
