Both assistants, Helena and Laura are model employees and do their work efficiently, pleasingly and with a great knowledge of the business, all this done with warm smiles, great professionalism and customer care/service as a focal point. Their interactions with the public should be the training model followed by all Public Storage facilities everywhere.
