- I reserved a storage room online and was having issues signing the docs for whatever reason. I called the office to let them know I wasn't able to sign the documents online, the representative said it was okay, to go in on the day of my move in and she would have all the documents ready for me to review and sign. Patty did just that, when I got there, she received me with a genuine smile and greeted me by my name. Patty's customer service was beyond what I've experienced at any other storage unit I've rented in the past. I really appreciated when Patty walked me to my storage unit instead of giving me a map with arrows.

- The staff here is very personable and they look out for you. I had failed to secure my unit properly when I stopped by there to get a couple of things and not long after, I received a phone call notifying me that my unit was not secure. Both the young lady who works there and her husband are a pleasure to interact with. I will continue to use this facility and have recommended them to family and friends.

- We are parking a 42ft 5th wheel. Made and paid for the reservation a month before we needed it. When we got here, someone was in our spot and it took awhile to get us into an available spot because of our size. The numbering system for vehicles is also really bizarre. Cannot figure out what was intended.

- They helped us pick the exact trailer needed for carrying stuff to a wedding (5x8 WITH BARN DOORS) 6 weeks in advance. When we showed up to pick it up they did not have it in stock. Why are reservations even a thing if they are not going to have the trailer when we need it? On top of that, the man who went to see if they had what we reserved acted angry that we needed that specific type of trailer.

- So far this facility is much better than my old superior facility. When I was in my last unit, when I had issues the guy never even called me back or tried to contact me in any way. He seemed very cold and distant. The new site manager was very friendly, helpful, answered all my questions. he even had a goody bag for me. I had been a very loyal client for quite some time. I just needed a unit closer to home and this was closer, cheaper and much more welcoming. Thank you.
