- I understand the cost of living going up, unfortunately for just living on Social Security recipients, did not go up as high as the cost of living. I was looking at when I first started to rent versus now it has gone up considerably. And I made a mistake of changing a due date, which I did not know would incur a late fee. Had I known that, I would’ve never changed it. 7/31/2026 around noon 12PM + I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, but he was so kind and explained to me that I would still have to pay the late payment because I changed the due dates. He could not have been any more kind. I am sorry that I forgot your name but when I was going through the reviews that particular site was not listed so I had to google the address and that’s when I found where I could make this review. Salesperson said he would give me the half price discount on my first full month, but charge me full pro rated fee for last 2 days of the prior month. - Snow was not removed and door was frozen shut to the pavement. Had to scrape away snow and ice and bang bottom of door to break the ice. When I rolled up door there was a brand new lock on the ground inside. Wish someone would have told me. Nobody told me a lock was included and I had just spent $25 on my own lock.

- Chose this location that was convenient from Springfield Mo and Branson Mo. I have never seen a manager on site anytime I have been there. Would have been helpful when me and another person couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get gate to open to leave. It was before closing time but couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get hold of anyone from customer service by phone(after their working hours I guess) for help. Had to call 911 or local law enforcement for help. By the time they arrived we figured out a bird got caught in opening mechanism gears that prevented gate from opening. After we dislodged and cleaned out gears the gate did open. It was after the 9pm closing time before we got out. I called and left a message about the trouble but never heard anything back. I was just there Tuesday July 29th checking on my locker and contents. Very hot like 95 degrees outside. Not sure what range temperature or humidity is supposed to be in my climate controlled rental but it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel like much cooling inside. And of course no manager on site to inquire.
