- It’s easily accessible in the Bentonville area on Moberly ln. entry instructions on the key pad is convenient. A 5x10 will hold more stuff than you think it would. I thought it would be packed full but it still got room. The ceiling is about 8ft high in the 5x10

- They helped us pick the exact trailer needed for carrying stuff to a wedding (5x8 WITH BARN DOORS) 6 weeks in advance. When we showed up to pick it up they did not have it in stock. Why are reservations even a thing if they are not going to have the trailer when we need it? On top of that, the man who went to see if they had what we reserved acted angry that we needed that specific type of trailer.

- I called ahead to look at the unit and she said come on in. I got there and we couldnтАЩt get into the unit because she didnтАЩt have a key so we had to come back.came back signed papers and she said she would have keys that day. Next day we moved a load in, the door was unlocked. The next day I hired 2 guys and a trailer $100 got in the gate but couldnтАЩt get in the door , it was locked. Had to find a place to unload the trailer for the night. Wasted a day and $100. The next day she called and apologized and said she would have a key by 1:00pm that day, I went there at 4:00 and there was a note saying they closed early. I called her no answer but she immediately called back and said she would be there in just a few minutes she was just down the road getting gas. Waited between 5-10 mins.That was the first 3 days.ЁЯШм

The rates I see on this website are half of what I'm paying now at the same location because they have continually hiked up my rates. Not fair to offer low rates to newcomers then start gauging you once you have your stuff there. It is a clean and nice facility and the woman in the office is super friendly. My complaint is against the greedy owners who continually and consistently hike up my rate.

- I was just starting to move in I put few things in.They were out of locks ,the one I bought did not fit.so I left it until next morning I return with stuff and a different lick.All my stuff had been removed and it had a zip tie on it. I spoke to them luckily stuff wasn't inthe trash yet but it was headed that way.I git my stuff back.I wish they called me first.they were very pleasant.
