- Jackie was super helpful in getting us setup for the storage unit that we were in need of in a timely manner. She even provided her cell phone number if we needed to reach out to her after hours. We could not have asked for a better person to assist us in the process! She is always quick to respond and always greets you with a smile! The only issue I could see being a problem in the future is the security gate is broken. We thought it was to be fixed this week but it appears to still be broken as of yesterday.

- First off Lorenzo was incredible he should train other employees how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a storage facility like this they have a business conference room that can be used by customers they have free Starbucks coffee hot cocoa bottled water cookies for the customers, there is music playing throughout the climate control storage units this place is clean, absolutely spotless. If you're looking for a place that's five notches Above the Rest this is the place!

- The only negative was the salesperson on the 1-800 line said my rent fee Wb 1/2 price for 1st month. Which it was but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell me about the $20 processing fee so it came out to be the full price But nice faculty. I am happy with the unit and I would recommend it to others
