- We are parking a 42ft 5th wheel. Made and paid for the reservation a month before we needed it. When we got here, someone was in our spot and it took awhile to get us into an available spot because of our size. The numbering system for vehicles is also really bizarre. Cannot figure out what was intended.

- This place is brand new. Eddy was great! Got me in and out of office with a couple ?s and a few computer clicks. Even gave me a YETI cup free! Wide driving lanes, my suburban had no probs. Units are super spacious and crazy tall. I went 5x10, got 2 bedrooms worth of boxes in there. Could hold more. Climate control is great, super cold ( itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s summer hot outside)! Most importantly I feel secure from all the cameras.

- Mrs Crystal O'Neil is a rockstar, first of all the move was stack against us, she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my problem, which was to get my truck loaded from her facility, we wasn't able to pull the truck down the isle where the unit was located, she found me a uhaul, at a very good price, she allowed us to stage and stay on the property until we were done there and she also printed all of the paperwork that I would need to make my delivery, with the amount of paperwork that was required to make the delivery, I would have payed a little over thirty dollars at a truck stop for this paperwork and she didn't charge me not one cents, she made our stay there and the loading of my 18 wheeler, and the closing paperwork a breeze she is definitely a example of what being American is all about,which is not being afraid to help your fellow American, she made me feel like she's knew me my while life, and most of all she made me feel valued, thank you so much Mrs Crystal and I pray one day our paths will cross again and I will be able to return the love thank you superior storages, your name definitely represents the best of the best of the best

- First off Lorenzo was incredible he should train other employees how to interact with customers. I have never experienced a storage facility like this they have a business conference room that can be used by customers they have free Starbucks coffee hot cocoa bottled water cookies for the customers, there is music playing throughout the climate control storage units this place is clean, absolutely spotless. If you're looking for a place that's five notches Above the Rest this is the place!
