- Made reservation over phone and Meg was not notified of the apt. So he was not in the office when we arrived at facility for apt! Called the scheduling company who had given me apt in order to get in contact with mgr! The mgr Trey called me and we were able to wk something out so that I could get into the unit to unload the moving truck that was bringing items! Then there were other issues with us being given a unit that was promised to someone else who was coming 4 days later! Trey the mgr made arrangements for that customer to use one of the companies other facilities! He had offered us an arrangement to move our stuff out of the unit he gave us to another unit down the hall then called back and said in order to do that he would have to cg us more than what he quoted us about $40 more! I told him I could not afford that weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have to go somewhere else Cuse we were going to have to move the stuff anyway either down the hall or somewhere else! Since he was taking back the offer he had made us, he said he was sorry he was just trying to make everyone happy! He had given us a unit already promised to someone else who was coming 4 days later. But, we worked it all out and we are staying in our unit and other person agreed to go to other comp facility down the road! Hate all the confusion, and the issues that that it caused! New plans had to be made then rearranged then changed then redone again rearranged ! Costing us more money in the end bc of the cost of the hired help hired then canceling then had to be rearranged. But in the end it worked out!

- I must say that I was truly impressed with the services offered with your storage units!! I have had to use storage units for many years due to being a military family traveling the world; however I must say this is one of the best experiences!! This was however my first experience with Public Storages. From the very beginning the young lady Gloria at your Arkadelphia location was very polite and courteous!! the first thing I noticed was her smile "I knew she had to like her job ??nevertheless she took the time in the hot sun to walk with me to my unit, she showed me how to work the security code for the door entrance, once inside she showed me how to operate the lock and we discussed the exit security panel. I am new to the area and I was thankful that it was in a secured area. It was a clean building the grounds are well-kept The location was very secure and once we made it back to the office we went over my contract and she asked if I needed any supplies such as boxes, tape etc. however I didn't need any of those things. I Felt very comfortable in knowing my personal belongings were being safely guarded !! Thank you all very much !! Respectfully, Angela

- This company was so great to me from online to in person. Some companies have great websites, however, when you arrive the experience doesn't reflect the advertising. Not here, it was just as accomdating. The representative was so kind and friendly. She was patient and understanding. I think what hurts companies is that they teach policy and procedures but forget you can't teach compassion. That is a trait you have or don't, so hiring a resourceful and caring person for customers is key. They did that here. Thank you for putting customers first.
