- This company was so great to me from online to in person. Some companies have great websites, however, when you arrive the experience doesn't reflect the advertising. Not here, it was just as accomdating. The representative was so kind and friendly. She was patient and understanding. I think what hurts companies is that they teach policy and procedures but forget you can't teach compassion. That is a trait you have or don't, so hiring a resourceful and caring person for customers is key. They did that here. Thank you for putting customers first.

- After everything was set up the gate code would not work. Site attendant finally got it to work. When I came back with stuff to move in the gate code wasn't working again. Called the next day explained the situation. I said there's no need to rent it the storage space and can't Access it. She immediately said I'll move you out. And I asked if we get our money back and she said no and hung up.
