Some damage was expected; however, not a single dish or glass item was broken. I really appreciate the care they took with our belongings, treating each box and furniture as if it were their own. Our dining room table got a few scratches, but nothing else. They were very honest when they informed my husband that they noticed this, and we both valued that they accepted responsibility for it. Thomas offered to send someone to take care of the scratches, but we were able to paint them with a marker ourselves. I'm surprised that only one item of furniture had a few minor scratches after our move. | |
