- I was shown the only 2 available units in the size I needed. Both lights didn't work but was told that they only needed new bulbs. I was told that they would replace bulb before my move in day, which was several days later, however it wasn't replaced. I then replaced the bulb myself. The light still didn't work and the workers just kind of shrugged saying that they didn't know. I already had a truck with me full of items and there was not another unit available. I would've found somewhere else had I known that I wouldn't have lights at this location.

- I left a trailer at this location in an outdoor parking space and other than the spaces being narrow I had no problem backing the trailer into the spot and leaving with the peace of mind that it’s behind two code locked gates. - This place is extremely clean, well lit, with wide hallways for moving things in and out, and a loading/unloading bay to park your vehicle in (essential since they're located downtown Milwaukee near a busy train/bus station). The staff member who helped us was super friendly, worked with us when we needed a larger storage unit, and was helpful in pointing out the bathroom and garbage bins (since one of our mirrors was broken in transit). With great prices, climate control, and tons of security, I don't think you need to look any further then Life Storage!

- I've been a part of this company prior to the change - was Extra Space then Life now going back to Extra Space - I was paying $139.00 for a 10 x 10 - recently I receive an increase from $139.00 to $197.00 an increase of $58.00, when I complained they lowered it to $173.80 which is still an increase of $34.80. Not sure why mine was increased so much? I'm very disappointed in this place and how a loyal customer is treated. $139.00 to $197.00 then to $173.80 for a 10 x 10 on the second floor - That's alot for an increase.
