I recently rented another unit and was momentarily a little disappointed that the original unit's locking mechanism wasn't the best. I brought this to the site manager's attention and George proved to be worth every bit of praises he's received from countless other satisfied customers. - I prefer to make my payments in person. I used to pay automatically through my bank, but since they lost my check in November, I stopped it. Each time I come no one is in the office. Today I made two trips - at around 10 and at 11:30. Nobody was there. I called the 833 number they had at the door "for help" - the lady at that number was absolutely not helpful. She told me about some "app" - I don't want to deal with any apps. Can the manager be present at the office at the times posted at the door?
