- I checked out all of the storage unit facilities in and around the South Hill. By far they were the best deal especially with the discount for online sign up. The manager was so responsive and helpful. About Space has very clean grounds and facility, isles between the buildings is very spacious and accessable and they have so many different sizes of units to choose from. I wish all of my storage rental experiences were like this one. I highly recommend you give them a try.

- I was with them for 2 yrs before leaving in Aug 2025. I closed the account online and moved out at the end of the billing cycle and a few days after I received the final invoice with a 0 (zero) balance. Then I found out that my CC was charged for the following month. I contacted the manager repeatedly about reversing the charge and was told that the charge was a mistake and I will see the credit within 7-10 days. I'm now 30 days after and no credit. The manager keeps promising that he'll let me know the timing of the refund but does not call back. The storage unit was great but their communication leaves a lot to be desired.
