- Way before we actually accessed the storage unit I was impressed by Al’s customer service. I was completely frazzled and overwhelmed by the process of moving, and worried about arriving after hours. Al didn’t seem annoyed or even inconvenienced by any of this. When we finally checked into our unit it was clean and exactly as described. I am very happy so far.

- It was a week after paying for the unit before I could gain access and even then I had to leave and get something to cut my way in and a flashlight. No one was on duty during supposed office hours. The unit had an internal light and switch but no light outside the door close enough to see lock numbers. Although the unit was paid for for 2 months, it was not usable and I never occupied.
