The woman at the store was so friendly and helpful, she had no problem helping me take care of that. The storage grounds are clean and the office is well maintained. - The unit I paid for online was not climate controlled. It’s not stated very clearly if at all. The fact that it says indoor…I assumed it would be but it’s not. So I’m very disappointed that in this blistering heat some of my stuff will get destroyed. I can move to another property but it’d be more money than I have right now. Also, I don’t like that I had to get out of the car to put my code in. Other than that everything was fine.

- I am giving a three star because I have had AMAZING service by RACHEL, and good service by Michael,but I've been using Public Storage for a few months now, and service by oth ers has been inconsistent. In the beginning they quoted me one price, and then when I got there charged me another, and it took multiple phone calls to correct the issue, and then my assumption was that the price would continue over the months I rented, no, it has continued to increase every month. But the front desk staff are great, and as I said, Rachel is amazing.
