- My storage unit clearly was a mess and was not properly inspected prior to me moving in. It had trash and broken glass scattered everywhere. I had to buy a broom and sweep it all out myself since the office wasn't open at the time. I brought this issue to the property office attention that day when they did opened and not even a simple apology was offered. My recommendation to future renters is to inspect your storage unit during normal business hours and document it to avoid all the stress and wasted time on move in day.

It would much better and more convenient if it was until 12am.
