- I moved to this facility from one down the street because they actually offer climate controlled units, not just charge for them. The facility is clean and the temperature is very comfortable. Carrie and Crystal are both professional, friendly and extremely customer service oriented. The buildings are well made with quality insulation and I could not see "holes" from one unit to another. Easy to move-in with the wide drive between buildings and the doors have stoppers. Bathrooms are available and they are clean and large. Easy to enter and exit the facility and the location is great. Highly recommend this facility.

- Using the reservation system over the internet was easy and convenient especially no fee attached.聽 When arriving to complete the paperwork I was greeted very professionally.聽 The only thing I didn't like was they don't give discounts to military disabled veterans, only to active military and senior citizens age 68 or older. I would think they would appreciate people who have served our great USA. I did find out, this company is own out of California, so that is probably why they don't see it the way I do.
