- This was my 1st time to rent a storage and I needed to get one quick. It was already after 6pm. I went on line and was able to pick a unit get a gate code and a lock code with in about 15min. WOW the next day I recived a friendly call from the manager welcoming me to there facility. She has always been so helpful and quick to answer any questions that has came up. This place is nice, secure and very clean.

- I moved out of my storage unit at the end of January and thought everything was done until I was hit with a charge for nearly $400 months later. I went to the office during business hours on the day I moved out, but no one was there. I called and left a voicemail explaining that I had vacated the unit, but I never got a call back. Now they’ve charged me like I was still using the unit, and I haven’t stepped foot there since. It feels like they just ignored my move-out and hoped I wouldn’t notice the charge.
