- I am so happy I came across Freeup storage! I really need to start storage quickly and I could not believe the incredible deal that I came across for a 10x10 storage unit! I went online and started the registration process and then spoke to some wonderful customer service people who gave me instructions on what to do. Then I got a voicemail from the manager of the place welcoming me (much appreciated) and I went to the storage facility per the instructions on the email and moved in! Upon opening the door to my storage unit I found an envelope with a business card and instructions on where to go and who to call if I need help. The facility is great! The surroundings are pleasant- woods all around- the driveway is free of clutter, and the electronic entry and exit code posts are visible and prominent respectively outside and inside of the gate. When I opened the door to my storage unit I found a business card and instructions on how to call Renee if I need help, again much appreciated, and instructions on how to set the code for my disc lock- a very good looking and impressive lock indeed.
