- My brother had a unit here and I thought I would try it out. He said the customer service was very good. So I made a reservation to look at your units and Makayla was the person that I spoke with. She followed up with me even though I wasn't ready to get a unit for another month. She kept in contact, we made an appointment, she sent me two reminders of that appointment and she was very pleasant when I came in to actually view the unit and rent here. I'm seldom impressed with the service industry, but she was a welcome surprise.

Although this was not the cheapest space, they offered use of a free moving truck, had a number of sizes available that I could just drive up to. I'm often moving items alone, and that was what I wanted. I made the reservation for the next morning, wondering if this was really going to work. It did!
