- This has been the most outstanding customer service I have ever gotten from any storage facility in the area. Ms Courtney Green answered my phone call earlier in the day of the move in and I explained I had reserved a unit at their location. At first, I really thought there was gonna be an issue since she told me they don't reserve online and I was afraid I was gonna be left out once I got there but that was not the case. She told me she had me down for a unit the size I needed and for the price I had seen online...so I told her I would probably be in around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I did finally arrive around 1:30 which earlier, she had said she was going to lunch but she made arrangements just to make sure I got situated first. I arrived , she took my info, found my reservation in their system and even gave me a discount for reserving with the company they do business with, I got my unit and I was on my way.Did I mention I drove 6 hours to come get this unit? Ms. Green made sure I was taken care of, she did more than I expected...thank you Ms. Green!
