- I was paying 10federal to store my car beginning in May 2020 when they took over the Kingsport facility. In Oct 2021, a towing company removed my car; the towing company claims they received an order to do so via a text from a 10federal manager. I wrote this manager directly and she replied with a copy pasted PR template. Bills at the time were properly paid, withdrawn automatically from my bank. I receive numerous emails from 10federal; my address and phone is written on every bill; I have given them my license plate over the phone. They have adequate access to my information, yet unfortunately I did not receive any warnings beforehand about a problem with my car that would have warranted disposing of it. Most likely, 10federal was automatically withdrawing money from my account each month for over a year, but not keeping track of what car I was paying to have stored, despite me giving my vehicle information to their call service. In comparison, the towing company is run by competent people who figured out who the car belonged to and sent me a registered letter immediately. If 10federal were as diligent in keeping track of customers' property and looking up the license plate information that I had provided over the phone, they would have known that the car belonged to a paying customer, and saved me a $650 impound bill.

- We had an issue with Corporate reserving a unit that was not available. As a matter of fact, the corporate reservation did not even show up in their records. With a rental truck full of furniture, a set return time for the return of the truck and an appointment time set for meeting realtors we were in a tight squeeze. Terri checked her records and she had a unit that was being vacated so she physically checked to see if it was empty yet. Fortunately the former renter had moved out so we gladly took it. Other places would have just sent us down the road, but Terri took the extra time and effort to accommodate us and help us meet our commitments. Thank you Terri, you really saved the day for us and we are very grateful for your extra effort.

- No one can help me after hours. The number I called that was provided for an emergency on the automated line sent me to a woman who had a guy call me that was maintenance for apartments. He said he can not help and doesn't know anyone who can help me. He said he can not even tell me who to get in touch with. I live 2 hrs away. I am here with a 26 foot penske truck and its almost 1 in the morning. I'm a bit frustrated no one can help after hours when its a 24 hr facility. We have way too much stuff and need another unit. #9 appears to be open. We already bought 2 units. Our extra stuff we don't have room for in the other 2 units is laid out on the ground. Not sure if I am able to buy the other unit or what to do. Again I live 2 hours away...
