When I got to the facility, had to use kiosk to check in, with no mention of first month free nor free lock, and pay $166 to move in. Called to speak to customer service, who argued with me about offer of free month and free lock. Ended up getting 2nd month as free only with commitment of auto-pay (not previously mentioned). Still no free lock offered; only lock seen was in machine costing $15 per lock. If I wasn't desperate to get items into storage at this time, would not have worked with business whose word cannot be trusted.
