- I am very happy with the service ive gotten from Romeo, the property manager of the facility. He's gone above and beyond to resolve a few issues I've had with checking in and an issue with the elevator i had yesterday. It was down and my unit is on the 5th floor. And the other elevator only goes to the 4th floor so he went with me to the 4th floor and helped me take my stuff up to the 5th floor via the back stairwell. The space is perfect for my needs as well. Im extremely happy with the unit and service I've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to my family and friends.

- When I called the call center to ask if the Montgomeryville, PA, facility was tractor trailer accessible, I was told it was. When I went to see the facility I was told it is not tractor trailer accessible. The site manager was able to contact the Willow Grove facility and transfer my reservation. The second site manager was also wonderful, but I was frustrated that the call center did not have accurate information about the Montgomeryville facility.
