- The facility is clean and it’s nice that they have 4 wheel carts in the climate-controlled section. The on-line rental system was problematic, and the customer service rep , though friendly, had a foreign accent that made it difficult for me to understand some of what she was saying.

- We were seeking a large, reasonably priced space to keep our household goods while we are in the process of buying a home and relocating. I chose this facility due to price and its location near our future new home. When I arrived with my first load, my assigned space had someone else's locks on it, and I could not gain access. Since there was no staff onsite, I expected to go home angry with my car still full of stuff. To my pleasant surprise, when I called the customer service number, I got 5-star service. The rep stayed on the phone with me for probably an hour as she worked to find a solution to the problem. She was able to transfer my rental to a different space and provide me with the codes to remove the facility's locks from it so I could store the items I brought with me. We all wish we didn't run into these hiccups at all, but when I did, I was very grateful for the top-notch customer service I encountered.
