- When you think about, it's never fun to put your personal items in storage. However, because of the way I was "taken care of" at this facility made it was actually bearable. Maria, the rental agent was absolutely the best. Her kind demeanor, her professionalism and attention to detail made this experience much (much) better than average. Maria was very through, explained everything in detail and made me feel like she was happy to have my business. I have used other facilities in the past and received mediocre, disinterested service at best but here at Space Shop Storage customer service is alive and well. Would I recommend this "storage place" to my friends? Absolutely yes!

Loved the fact that the facilities had a parking garage that made it even easier to unload and access your storage. Only thing was that one of the elevators was out of commission on a very busy day and could use more carts since a lot was already in use. Other than that A++++

We had experienced a fire - she was sympathetic and caring of our needs. We were shown the rental prior to signing the agreement. Great experience so far. The only reason I did not give the place 5 stars is because of the aisle ways can hold water. It is no where near the units - but worth looking into some drainage. Thanks again!
