However, I later had questions and was surprised to be charged $20 for a lock that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel very secure. It was also challenging to reach someone at the office to address my concerns, and the lock I paid for wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even in the storage unit. The office was supposed to close at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 3:40 PM and was unable to access my unit. I was incredibly frustrated to have a vehicle full of items but couldn't store them. I hope the process goes more smoothly when I end my lease than it did at the start.

I scheduled a move in date and they promptly called me to check when I was going to arrive - when I got there, they toured the location with me to make sure that the size was what I wanted. - A 10x10 unit should be a flat 35/Month. No other fees or charges of any kind. With all the added charges and forced insurance on unit; not much purpose having any unit for long term use. It's as if the company is telling its customers to go frantically figure out where to put your stuff in the near future as quickly as possible and they do not care to have your business. I can see why storage companies are becoming more and more empty all over Columbus. No value.

- This unit was listed as climate controlled and it is not. Very high humidity and very hot. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit and am pretty dissatisfied. Interactions with the manager are very confrontational and not very customer service focused. When I rented the unit I left work and rushed to get there before they closed. I arrived at 5:50pm and the office closes at 6pm. The manager looked at the clock and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. When I explained the hours are hard for me to make from work she rolled her eyes and rented me the unit. The entire renting process took 5 minutes. Disappointed in the customer service.
