- This unit was listed as climate controlled and it is not. Very high humidity and very hot. I paid extra for a climate controlled unit and am pretty dissatisfied. Interactions with the manager are very confrontational and not very customer service focused. When I rented the unit I left work and rushed to get there before they closed. I arrived at 5:50pm and the office closes at 6pm. The manager looked at the clock and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. When I explained the hours are hard for me to make from work she rolled her eyes and rented me the unit. The entire renting process took 5 minutes. Disappointed in the customer service.
