- Customer service was very good. Able to easily reserve online and I received a call the next day from the manager. Upon arriving to sign paperwork and rent the unit, I was helped by DJ. He was very thorough and helpful explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing I would recommend is on the initial contact, you should be made aware that you need a lock. Other than that, it was a good experience.
