- Wasnt expecting to pay administrations fee for paper work or to be charged $20 for a lock or mandatory $11 insurance fee. Plus there is always trash or other peoples junk outside of the dumpster.

- Please resd til end .. I must say I felt starting off was rough but looking back it was mostly me being stressed.i got super stressed when I waa suppose to move in and last night with a moving truck I was not able to access the gate through I was paid and told I could. I was stressed out so bad I just panicked and got mad. Yes a glitch on their side but I know things happen being jn customer service 45 years of my life. It all got worked out very next day except it costed me over $100 more 4 the truck. My only other thing was I choose the premium rate unit because of what it said about close to gate 24 hour etc.. then was hit with add on fee for 24 hr ok but not close to the gate and huge oil spots from previous renters who parked a car inside the unit. Not too happy about that but I was on a time crunch bad and still am so I had no choice but to stay... now all that said .. at the end of the day the only cleaner storage I have seen was the indoor ones I had in Florida. This place is clean other then the oil spots which I was hoping for some type of compensation for that since I did choose the premium unit. And Angie who works the units is about or maybe the sweetest most understanding. That's customer service when shown compassion even if nothing was compensated. So far a few days in and after everything in beginning I believe or at least hope I'm right in saying its a good place. Ill keep updated how it goes. And hopefully I won't be let down. Thank you for reading.

- This was an extremely easy process to rent a storage unit. The only issue is that they forced us to get insurance and it is not an option.and you have to pay for 24!hour access. Once we rented a few days later we were able to cancel the insurance. We signed up with a special and nobody could tell us how long it was for.

- We shopped around and actually drove 2 cities away to get to Gateway. The price for a comparable unit close the us was 3 to 4 times as much and was not climate controlled. Rental was easy, move in was easy, couldnテ「竄ャ邃「t ask for a better experience.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Fairborn, Ohio is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout Ohio, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Fairborn, Ohio.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.
Are there free storage deals in Fairborn, Ohio?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in Fairborn?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
