Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year. That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION". - I had a positive experience here with checkin. My only complaint would be that there is only one elevator and as a result the queue to make it into the elevator can get long when there are multiple people trying to access their units. But good prices and nice staff so I recommend regardless.

- The staff was very helpful and polite. It was slightly more than the price I first saw on Sparefoot because there is an additional monthly $12 insurance fee, one time admin fee of $25, and new lock of $17, but first month is free. The facility seemed very clean and secure. The cheapest small lockers (which I picked) are on the upper level so you have to use a stair/ladder to get up there. Also the ceiling of the top locker is a wire/fence so sometimes the fireproofing material from the ceiling will fall through. Overall happy with my space and the experience!
