- This is a great place to rent. I was a little confused at the car overnight in the parking lot but not my place. Sad that the unit I rented has a chunk of space taken up by a shaft that I can do nothing about. I believe there should be a different rate for this unit since I am not getting all the space I am paying for. Overall, I am happy with this space.

- I really liked Zach who helped me get settled and was very friendly and helped me transition to a larger unit right after I’d already booked a smaller one. The online process was fast and easy. However, only being able to access my unit 9-6 M-Sat and 10-5 Sun is pretty crazy. Extended hours are available with manager approval but still are limiting. Most folks work 9-5 Ps the number from Google maps (not google search engine) is not a working number

- Because of a change in my life I really needed to find extra space. Called many other Facility's & never spoke with such nice & friendly group of people. I have to admit I was shocked to see the Insurance for no one mentioned it. Would have been nice to hear in the beginning. But for what it would cost thru my Ins. it would have been a whole lot more. Also since it's already included in the Rental Fee, not even going to notice it. The other item that was helpful was the use of the truck. May have had to load myself (well with Niece's help), but that was okay - At least I didn't have to drive...
