- At first, the store manager, Angel, was very helpful on the phone, arranging with me to sign the lease remotely or travel into the facility to do so because, due to a family illness, I was out of town and unable to travel into the facility that day. Â After my contractor moved my goods into the unit, as promised, I called Angel 3 days later on the exact day I said I would, to tell him that, just as we had discussed, although I would not be able to travel into the unit that day, later in the day, when I reached my computer, I would sign the lease. Â Angel responded insanely by accusing me of refusing to sign the lease, screaming at me that I had moved my goods into the unit illegally, and then Angel locked me out of the unit, with my goods in it, canceling my lease, requiring that I spend almost 2 hours on the phone with another very nice representative, Ashley, in a home corporate office to straighten it out, distracting me from dealing with my family illness situation. Â I have asked that Angel's supervisor call me, which Ashley agreed to arrange, with no call back from a supervisor or anyone else for 3 days so far. Â Disgraceful, third-rate service. Â I will see how it goes over the next few months but if the store manager is an example of the level of service, I wouldn't recommend this company, and if Angel takes any measures in retaliation for this review, I will do what I do for a living and make sure the company pays in a court for this type of behavior inflicted on me while I am attempting to deal with a family illness.

- I did my homework and drove around to a few places within 5 miles of this Ridgefield location thinking that speaking with store managers personally would help pricing(didn't help much) , and of course to see the location, this location was the better of them all and pricing was significantly better than all as well. However, what made all of the above much better was the service provided by the two gents that work at this location. Working in sales myself and always looking to achieve high standards for clients, I can certainly appreciate excellent service. Glen and Eric delivered world class service in my opinion. I highly recommend CubeSmart and this location!
