- The price was great. There were a couple of things that I wasn't expecting like the fact that you need storage insurance or a lock, but even still, nothing was a deal-breaker. I understand the need for insurance, and that it wouldn't be that beneficial for them to provide locks for everyone for free. The whole booking process was super easy, did it myself online, but before that, I received a call from someone who was available to help me with the whole process, so it is great to know that you have that customer support if you need it. I'm extremely happy with everything so far, and recommend this facility.

- The facility is clean, well lit and units easily accessible. There are carts and dollies readily available as well. It is on the far end of the business district street. Parking is on the street so could be difficult in busy summer resort season. The email provided lock code but would be better if included building entrance info as well. You need a code to enter. Customer Service Reps were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business.

- When you prepare to downsize during a move deciding what to keep and what to get rid of can be very stressful. We decided to get a storage unit a week prior to moving and put those "undecided" items in there. The process at Guardian was easy to find the right size online & reserve. The units are clean and in a nice area and you have easy access anytime. When I went into the office the staff was helpful, I bought a lock right there and was surprised at how much space is between the storage buildings allowing a van to pull up easy at our unit. Now we can relax and take our time unpacking in the new house and then seeing what we keep and what we sell. A stress reducer for moving that I highly recommend!
