- The facility was very clean, I was offered a very good price but although I had visited the facility personally and made a reservation, I was not kin their system when I showed up. When I returned later that day to bring my items to storage the code I was given was not working and I had to call customer service. The temporary code they gave me did not work either and they had to call the manager for him to give me an emergency code. I tried calling during office hours the next day to make sure my code was corrected but was not able to get through. I will try again today to make sure everything is corrected.
