- We rented two units ourselves and my mom also rented a unit for over 6 months while our new home was being built. We purchased insurance on all 3 units for a “just in case” situation not ever expecting to need it. In one of the units water came under the wall and damaged our dining room table (warped the edge, mold everywhere). We filed a claim, sent in pictures of the damage to the table and water stain under the wall, even sent in stain on blankets wrapped around it and we were denied. We wasted a ton of money on insurance for 3 units and have a ruined table to show for it. This facility does stand behind their customers. They have an independent claims company from another state that made the decision. VERY UNFAIR-DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR STORAGE. WE ARE ALSO CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.
