- I did the online reservation and paid for the storage unit with a credit card. I was charged the full price of the first months rent plus the adm charge an insurance fees. The advertisement that made me choose this facility was the first month for $1. The signed lease would not upload so i had to go into facility office and complete the process however the clerk was a bit rude and saiid it must have been something i did not check that cause the full price charge and no discounted first months rent. He could or would not help me to get any of my money back or at least a credit for the next months rent. He was also not very friendly or helpful to a new client. However the facility was clean and climate controlled. I have contacted management online but so far they just said i need to go back to the office to help with the refund. Since i am from out of town i cannot do that.
