It was nice and taking care of only a couple spiderwebs in some dead bugs but besides that it was OK. - The way the units are lined up makes it a little bit difficult to access. My particular unit is situated across from a bollard so I have to move my car anytime someone needs to get around because the lane is narrow. Otherwise I've had a good experience! The units are pretty straightforward and have external access. Mine is a 10x10 and it's pretty much like a smaller garage. The customer service is super helpful and detailed in their explanations and the lock was easy to set up. I like that the complex is gated so I feel like my stuff is safe.

- Oh my God, the people at the facility were so wonderful in moving Us in earlier than what we expected due to it being an out-of-town move and we are so grateful to have everything plain and simple. It was explained properly shown to the facility shown to the unit and we thought we were going to have to get a different unit but the staff there really made it worth staying and we are grateful.
