- Working with the office manager was a mostly pleasant experience. He explained everything in detail. When I signed up online, I was not made aware of the required insurance which increased my cost more than anticipated. It was not the manager's fault but should be included in the website information. The site is clean, well maintained, and secure and the unit I rented was excellent. I highly recommend Public Storage but be prepared to pay the insurance unless your homeowners insurance includes off site storage.
