- Hi, please get a card reader for the main gate. Very much a PIA to type in a 6 or 7 digit code especially when you can't reach the keypad. Please issue a proximity card like we use to get into our facility at work or a swipe card similar to how hotel chains do. If you are trying to leave the keypad there for others to enter who weren't issued a card then just have both (keypad and proximty card reader)

- I came to access my unit 10/07 not realizing that you all closed at 5 pm. I begged the manger who was standing outside to please let me,because I cold not recall my gate code. I came back the following morning and I was mad. Alice was there. I was ready to argue. After explaining what happened the day before,she asked how I would feel if someone approached me with work related stuff on my off duty time? She explained that some managers live on the property but it doesn't mean they are on call 24/7. She was so pleasant and positive I couldn't stay mad. She put me at ease and gave me my gate code. She even made me laugh at myself. She's a great lady and a great face for public storage. I would send all my friends to her!. I know I'm late putting it in,but please let her know I did the review . She is one awesome lady!!!!
