- I Would recommend Public storage if you want to store something. No problems, decent gate hours since most people won't be loading or unloading between 9pm and 6am anyway.. I would say that the only negative I've seen is the buildings have certain spots on them that seem to be deteriorating at the location I use.

- The easy process on securing the storage unit was great. I only wish that they fully explain the hidden fees. The "$1" for the first month, is not so $1. Yes, I am aware of taxes and additional fees such as Adm fee, but I would like to have know upfront. The storage unit was clean and very spacious. A plus is that it is less than 5 miles from my home so, it is very convenient to drop things off in my storage unit. I also like the Public Storage app and that I do not have to get out my car to punch in the access code and when I walk up to the access door, I can use my app and have keyless entry. I would like to suggest that there be a person on site during business hours in order to assist with any customer concerns. Overall, it was a nice experience.

- I only have ONE issue and that is not having better parking storage. My space is on dirt and whenever it rains,then you have mud. No one wants to walk in mud and track it into there car. Gravel should have placed all over the parking area, not just a few.
