- There are multiple lights out at facility near my unit making it hard to see upon access. Received numerous conflicting and confusing texts/email messages prior to start of rental and if you try to confirm before your scheduled reservation date to just get it done, you will wind up already starting your reservation. Someone should include the difference between “Sparebox” and “SpareFoot” messages as you start thinking it is all a scam. When I called, I was able to get assistance and the vestibule area was very clean and had a vending machine for padlocks, which I appreciated.

- I've used sparebox for awhile and it would be ok if it weren't for the fact that almost 4 months in a row they increased the price without warning and basically just said suck it up or leave when I asked why. There's also next to no way to get an actual person on the phone and despite having automatic payments on, they wouldn't charge me and I would have to go manually pay it and sometimes pay late fees that wouldnt have been necessary if they had actually set me up with automatic payments. Besides these it was a clean facility for the most part. I would give it a solid 4 out of 10.
