- This is my first time renting a storage unit. There are two locations in Fenton. One looks much newer but did not have climate controlled units. The unit I have rented is clean though moving in was hazardous due to the floor changing levels several times. The storage grounds themselves are kind of junky. An ancient pontoon party boat, a trailer full of rusty shelves, a rusty old truck and a mustang that looks like it doesn't run all litter the storage grounds. OK for now.
