- Everything including paperwork was done online. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t yet spoken to an actual person. Unit was fairly clean. Some spiders but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s expected. Only problem was the actual useable dimensions. I have an 11.5 ft kayak I am storing so I got a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢X12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit. However, the kayak wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit straight like it should if it was 12ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ deep. Had to tilt it which affects my space for other things. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t measured it but I should have been able to close the door if I placed the kayak straight. Just something to be aware of if you have something a certain length to store. Overall however, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with the unit and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend if someone were to ask me.
