- The storage for autos is poorly designed with a huge curb that could possibly damage the vehicle. There should be a ramp to roll right up. I am worried that the underside of my vehicle may have damage. The facility takes no responsibility if that's the case. Had I known about this issue, I would have never rented a storage space. There should be at least a 24 cancellation window available to customers who for whatever reason, decide to change their minds. I was informed that I couldn't cancel the very next day and 24 hours had not passed by yet.
