- Exceeded expectation with customer service. Staff very helpful. 1st visit worked with Victor to check out facility and reserved unit. Next day Christine processed our application and made sure all our questions were answered. Inside of facility is spotless. Could use new wheels on moving carts, a little hard to push straight. I expect that happens over time due to their utilization. Wish visitors would not be so messy with trash outside. The staff does such a great job with the inside and outside building but the grounds not so. Location excellent too.

- So there's a few issues with Cardinals they say on this website no administration fee however I was charged a fee,So I called and they told me to screenshot it and send it to them and they will take care of it because as far as they were told there's always an administration fee. So I did just that to 3 different people and they never added my money back on my account or compensated me in any way for this false information on the website they should at least fix the website so people aren't under the impression that it's going to be a certain price when it's not true. Also I paid for the unit in advance they gave me the code for the door to get in and the combination for the storage unit I get there the code opened the front door then go to the unit I paid for and there was a regular lock on the unit by the time I was assigned another unit it was 3 days later and I never got The 3 days credited and also the unit was filthy writing on the wall mouse droppings everywhere and it was covered with cobwebs from top to floor door to back wall and So many spiders I was covered in cobwebs and spiders on my head and my neck and legs. I'm not exaggerating . I'm just giving my experience so far I'm hoping that they will fix the issues I've had and take care of my account issues. The
